Moving Onward Moms was founded by Sassy Scrubbers in 2022. As I began hiring for positions, I noticed a common challenge. Many talented individuals were held back by the high cost of childcare, restricted support from the state and lack of support all together. I searched for resources to empower these mothers, but came up short. Many were eager to achieve financial independence, start their own businesses, or pursue their passions, but lacked the guidance and support they needed. I decided to take action so Moving Onward Moms was born - a haven where single mothers can find the resources, mentorship, and community they deserve! Our mission is to help these incredible women thrive, and we're committed to making a lasting difference in their lives. Sassy Scrubbers is the foundation for Moving Onward Moms and we will remain  the founding sponsor in providing funds, jobs and a first step to any single mother in need.
